Processing and dispatch
Orders paid by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are normally packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and federal holidays, are dispatched the next business day. All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. A notification email with tracking information is sent once the carrier has your package.

Free standard shipping applies automatically when the order subtotal reaches $150.00 after discounts. 2-Day, Express and Overnight are charged at the price shown at checkout, regardless of order value.
P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: the UPS options (2-Day and Overnight) can't deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories, and aren't offered to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Shipping is available to every U.S. address. For Alaska and Hawaii, Express is the fastest option.
Packaging
Items are packed in secure, crush-proof packaging to protect the vials. On arrival, follow the storage instructions supplied with your product.
